PROJECT OBJECTIVES OF THAI THINH

Initiated in 2020 with a total area of 16,000m², the project was designed to deliver modern industrial facilities meeting all technical, utility, and safety requirements, catering to the needs of various business types. The primary objective of the project was to construct a multifunctional, flexible industrial complex capable of accommodating diverse production requirements for tenant enterprises.

The factories were designed with robust steel structures, ensuring durability and high load-bearing capacity while optimizing usable space and energy efficiency. CHALLENGES OF THE THAI THINH RENTAL INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS PROJECT

The greatest difficulty was managing subcontractors effectively, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple project components to complete the development on schedule.
