PROJECT OBJECTIVES OF SHUNYI ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.

The Electronics Factory Project 1 of ShunYi Electronics Co., Ltd. is an important part of the company’s strategy to expand production scale in the Binh Phuoc region, Vietnam. With strong growth in the electronics sector, ShunYi Electronics requires a new, modern production facility that meets stringent demands for technique, technology, and safety. The project’s goal is to build a modern electronics factory with an area of 4,000m², aimed at meeting the rapidly increasing demand for electronic components, while optimizing the production process, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and providing a safe working environment for employees.

This factory not only serves the production of electronic components but also plays a significant role in enhancing production capacity, ensuring product quality, and expanding ShunYi Electronics’ market share in the international market. Therefore, the demand for the steel structure (KCT) of the project is extremely high. The structural system not only needs to ensure high load-bearing capacity but also be flexible enough to adapt to changes in advanced production equipment. It must also optimize space to enhance production efficiency and meet international standards for safety and quality.

CHALLENGES OF THE SHUNYI ELECTRONICS FACTORY PROJECT

The Project of Electronics Factory 1 is a complex project with high technical requirements and a rapid construction schedule. ATEC faces challenges in selecting suitable materials, ensuring labor safety during construction, and closely managing progress to meet the investor’s requirements.

RESULTS AFTER ACCEPTANCE

The Electronics Factory Project 1 of ShunYi Electronics Co., Ltd. was successfully completed in 2019, marking an important step in consolidating ShunYi Electronics’ position in the electronics market. ATEC, responsible for the design and construction of the steel structures for the entire factory, has excellently completed the project, fully meeting the investor’s requirements. The design process was carried out meticulously, ensuring that every element of the structure meets the highest quality standards. The steel structure system was designed flexibly, allowing for easy installation of equipment and production lines, optimizing space, and ensuring durability and safety of the facility throughout its operation.

During construction, ATEC applied the latest technologies and advanced construction methods to achieve the highest efficiency. The project was completed on schedule and received high satisfaction from the customer. As a result, the factory was put into operation on time, significantly contributing to enhancing the production capacity of ShunYi Electronics.
