PROJECT OBJECTIVES OF HAN-A VINA

The Expanded Mezzanine project, invested by HAN-A Vina, is located in Binh Phuoc, implemented with the aim of optimizing the usable space within the company’s production area. With an expansion area of 100 m², this project increases the working space without the need to expand the entire factory. The goal of the project is to create a sustainable and solid mezzanine space that meets safety and load-bearing standards to serve the storage and production needs of the factory. ATEC’s role is to design and construct the steel structure (KCT) for this expanded mezzanine, ensuring that the technical and safety requirements are met while maximizing the existing factory space to increase productivity and work efficiency.

CHALLENGES OF THE HAN-A VINA MEZZANINE PROJECT

ATEC is responsible for the design and construction of the steel structure for HAN-A Vina’s mezzanine expansion project, covering an area of 100m². The challenge lies in integrating the new mezzanine into the existing facility, ensuring stable structure and safety while still optimizing the usable area.

RESULTS AFTER COMPLETION

After receiving the project, ATEC’s engineering team conducted a site survey to assess the current structure and proposed a design solution suitable for the expansion goals desired by the investor. Using advanced technologies and simulation software, ATEC optimized the design to ensure that the steel structure system for the mezzanine could bear a large load while maintaining sustainability during use. The construction process was conducted carefully and meticulously to ensure coordination between the technical and construction departments to meet the committed schedule.

The steel structure system chosen by ATEC was selected meticulously, ensuring high quality and sustainability. Requirements regarding load, occupational safety, and aesthetics of the mezzanine were strictly adhered to throughout the construction process. The Expanded Mezzanine project was completed on schedule in 2022, providing optimal space usage efficiency for HAN-A Vina. The robust steel structure not only effectively expanded the space but also ensured safety and flexibility for long-term use. This project helped the factory enhance productivity and operational capacity without the need for a total factory expansion, contributing to cost savings for the investor.
