• Preparing and compiling all documents, such as drawings, relevant materials, and quotations, to create a complete bidding dossier
• Compiling all necessary documents and drawings
• Preparing the related legal documents
• Finalizing and packaging the bidding dossier

• Submitting the dossier on schedule and within the project’s required timeline
• Monitoring the dossier review process
• Coordinating to address any inquiries and providing additional information as needed (if applicable)
• Making adjustments if there are any additional requirements or changes requested by the client

• Based on the preliminary drawings, develop detailed designs for the construction components
• Submit the design drawings to the client and the relevant approval authorities
• Receive and respond to any modifications requested by the investor

• After the drawings are approved, finalize the shop drawings for each structure’s details
• Analyze and determine the appropriate fabrication process for each steel item
• Collaborate with the technical department and the manufacturing plant to ensure that the fabrication drawings meet accuracy standards and are feasible for production
• Review and approve the final fabrication drawings before they are released for production

• Manufacture steel details based on the approved fabrication drawings
• Monitor and supervise the fabrication process of the components at the factory
• Inspect the quality and accuracy of the components at each stage of production
• Prepare the components for transportation to the construction site

• Plan and schedule the transportation
• Ensure that the components are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
• Monitor and track the transportation process to avoid delays
• Deliver the components to the construction team at the site

• Develop a detailed construction plan
• Supervise the assembly of the components according to the design drawings
• Inspect the quality and progress of the construction following the design drawings
• Ensure that the construction process complies with technical standards and safety regulations
• Address any issues that arise during the construction process

No Issues, Change → Acceptance and Handover:

• Inspect the project according to the acceptance standards
• Prepare the completion documents and hand over the project to the client
• Deliver technical documentation and user instructions
• Finalize the project and conclude the contract

If Issues Arise, Change → Respond→ Process Approval Drawings:

• Assess and document any arising issues
• Adjust the design or construction plan (if necessary)
• Re-approve the revised design drawings
• Resume construction after resolving the issues
