PROJECT OBJECTIVES OF SUNGJU VINA

The motorcycle parking project by SungJu Vina Co., Ltd. is implemented in Binh Phuoc with an area of 250 m². The goal of the project is to build a safe and convenient parking facility for the company’s employees, meeting the need for parking space and protecting vehicles under harsh weather conditions. As the design and construction unit for steel structures (KCT), ATEC has taken on the entire process from the design concept stage to the construction and completion of the project. The main objective of the project is to create an efficient parking space, capable of withstanding good loads, ensuring safety and sustainability over time.

CHALLENGES OF SUNGJU VINA’S PARKING PROJECT

ATEC was tasked with designing and constructing the steel structure for the 250m² motorbike parking shed for SungJu Vina. The main challenge was optimizing the limited space while ensuring the safety and durability of the structure under continuous and frequent usage.

RESULTS AFTER COMPLETION

Upon receiving the project, ATEC conducted a thorough site survey and gained a clear understanding of the specific requirements. The engineering team employed advanced technology and structural simulation software to develop optimized design solutions, ensuring the structure’s load-bearing capacity under the local climatic conditions of Binh Phuoc, which often experiences high temperatures and heavy rainfall.
