Outstanding features

  • Create flexible space to install and arrange electrical wiring, pipes, and air conditioning systems scientifically, convenient for maintenance
  • Highest load-bearing capacity is with monolithic dock leverlers
  • Limit electrical risks, safer for users, suitable for machine room areas or electronics production
  • Dock leverlers have ventilation holes that allow air circulation from the floor up, helping to save more energy than wall-mounted air conditioners

Dock leverlers (also known as intelligent floors or technical floors) are a modular flooring system composed of floor panels and a pedestals system, creating a space between the raised floor and the concrete floor.

Thanks to this gap, the installation of electrical wiring, network cables, television cables, or cooling systems becomes much more convenient. In particular, dock leverlers allow you to choose from a variety of surface materials (such as powder-coated steel, vinyl, HPL…) or core materials (cement, aluminum, wood, mineral fiber…), suitable for many applications.

Currently, dock leverlers are generally divided into two main types:

  • Solid dock leverlers are designed with solid panels, capable of high load-bearing, especially when combining cement cores with powder-coated steel surfaces. In cases where soundproofing or static electricity protection is required, investors can choose HPL or vinyl surfaces. Therefore, this type of floor not only meets durability requirements but also fits specific areas such as clean rooms, server rooms, where the elimination of static electricity and noise reduction are essential.
  • Ventilated dock leverlers are designed with evenly distributed small holes, allowing ventilation or the transfer of cold air from underneath the floor thanks to the air conditioning system below. This creates outstanding efficiency in cooling, saving energy compared to traditional wall-mounted air conditioners. Thanks to this advantage, this type of floor is often used in server rooms, electronics manufacturing rooms, or places that require efficient cooling and energy savings.

Dock leverlers play an important role in helping conceal wiring systems, minimizing clutter or difficulties during repairs. The installation process also becomes easier due to the reduced need for wall drilling, while the inspection and repair of technical systems beneath the floor are carried out quickly. Furthermore, dock leverlers can integrate features like static electricity protection, fire resistance, noise reduction, and anti-slip properties. Due to these characteristics, they are widely applied in projects that require high technical specifications such as clean rooms, telecommunications rooms, server rooms, or office spaces. However, compared to traditional floors, the initial investment cost for dock leverlers is usually higher, and the installation process requires a skilled technical team to ensure the quality and longevity of the structure.
